What is LASRERA?

The Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA) is the regulatory body established by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority Law 2020 to regulate real estate practice in Lagos State.

Our Compliance

Urbanac Properties operates in compliance with the LASRERA Law 2020. All agents listed on our platform are required to provide their LASRERA registration number, which is displayed on their profile. We do not knowingly list properties from unregistered practitioners.

Reporting Non-Compliance

If you encounter an agent on our platform who you believe is not LASRERA-registered, please report this to us at compliance@urbanacassociates.com and to LASRERA directly.

Agent Verification

Our team reviews LASRERA registration numbers during agent onboarding. However, we recommend that users independently verify an agent's registration status at the LASRERA website before transacting.
