4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: submit false or misleading listings; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; scrape or copy listing data without permission; attempt to contact other users outside of the platform for purposes unrelated to genuine property enquiries.

All content on this platform, including listing descriptions, photos, and platform design, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urbanac Associates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this platform, including any loss arising from reliance on information contained in listings.
